How much is delivery, and how fast is it?
UK shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. We pack orders within 1–2 business days, then delivery normally takes 3–5 business days. We ship to UK addresses only.
How do the free gifts work?
Gifts are added to your bag automatically at £0, and the whole order counts. From £50 you get a pack of card sleeves (100) + toploaders (25). From £150 you also get a Vault X 9-pocket binder, and you pick its colour on the product page or in your bag. More about free gifts
What is the Mint Arrival Guarantee?
Every order is packed box-in-box. If a sealed product arrives with a dented corner or crushed packaging, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement, or a full refund if it's out of stock.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders show a Pre-order badge and the expected release date. Payment is taken when you order, and we dispatch as soon as stock lands. Release dates are set by the publishers and can move: if yours changes, we email you. Pre-order Policy
Can I cancel or return my order?
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email us before sending anything back. Shipping & Returns
Which language are the cards in?
The language is stated on every product: English, Japanese, Korean or Chinese. You receive exactly the edition listed.
Is there a maximum order value?
Yes, orders can be up to £300. For bigger purchases, please split them into separate orders.
Something is wrong with my order. What do I do?
Email orders@pullhouseshop.com with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the item and packaging. We'll review it and reply with the next steps. Order problems
