Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. During new releases and busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery times
We ship from the UK to UK addresses only. Once your order has been dispatched, UK delivery normally takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with the courier and other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs
Standard UK shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Packaging
Trading cards and collectibles are packed to help protect them in transit. Depending on the product we may use protective sleeves, toploaders, bubble mailers or boxes.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Mint Arrival Guarantee
Every order is packed box-in-box. If a sealed product arrives with a dented corner or crushed packaging, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement, or a full refund if it is out of stock.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
To start a return, email orders@pullhouseshop.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us straight away if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, so we can put it right.
Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to post the refund.
Gift cards cannot be returned. Free gifts that came with an order should be sent back with it if the whole order is returned.
Your 14-day right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email orders@pullhouseshop.com with your order number. Then send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Unless the items are faulty or incorrect, you pay the cost of sending them back.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back, including the standard delivery cost you paid. If an item has been opened or handled more than needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Faulty items
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or later for a repair or replacement.
